TOP QUALITY
BARBERA D’ASTI SUPERIORE 

It is certainly one of the noblest wines of Piedmont.


The colour is an intense ruby-red, and shows a remarkable structure and balance. These qualities are stressed thanks to wood coupling. It is featured by an intense and persistent fragrance. It is excellent with important first courses, typical of the Italian cooking, but also with beef second courses and game second courses, as well as with mature cheese.

Serve at ambient temperature.
 


GRIGNOLINO D’ASTI
 

Red wine to be drunk all meal round, solely produced from Grignolino grapes. The colour is a slight red-ruby, it shows a fine, intense, fruity fragrance. The flavour is dry and velvety. If served when is still young, is excellent with first courses and meat second courses.

 
Serve at a temperature of 16-18° C.
 

 


ARNEIS SARAH WHITE WINE

White and sparkling, fresh, perfumed wine. It derives from Arneis grapes, manually collected. These grapes are white vintaged by a smooth squashing and a controlled temperature fermentation. The colour is straw-yellow, the smell is fresh and lovely, the flavour is full and harmonious. It is fit to hors d’oeuvre and first courses.


Serve at a temperature of 10-12° C.

 


PIEMONTE CHARDONNAY

White and sparkling, fresh, perfumed wine. It derives from chardonnay grapes, manually collected. These grapes are white vintaged by a smooth squashing and a controlled temperature fermentation. The colour is straw-yellow, the perfume is intense and wine typical, the flavour is fruity, smooth, smart. It is an excellent aperitif, and is excellent with fish and white meat.


Serve at a temperature of 10-12° C.
